Avast me Hearties

Angela and I set sail on Saturday afternoon aboard a 24' Canard with a couple of salty dawgs we'd met on the pier. A Canard is a wooden sailboat with no motor so we even pulled out of the San Francisco Yacht Club under sail which is a bit unnerving when there is nothing but expensive yachts on either side. We made it into the Bay without hitting anyone and enjoyed glorious winds as we sailed across to Belvedere Island and then tacked back under the Golden Gate Bridge and came in just before sunset for cold beers on the dock. Hopefully we'll go out again soon.

When you say you met them on the dock, what do you mean? Angela was in her bikinni and some random salty dawgs said "hey baby you wanna ride on my sail boat?" and then you popped out of the bushes and threatended to kick there ass unless they took both of you? This is just one of many scenarios that may have happened.

more likely, John was bent over doing his best carpenter pants routine when some rich sailor type asked if he would like to scrub his deck. So John donned their uniform MankIni and climbed aboard. Anglea was obviously photoshopped into the photos, and probably doesn't know anything about John's secretive waterfront carpentry work.

Again, just another possible scenerio.

Damn Mark, it's as though you were there...
Actually- and I know your harsh comments are steeped in jealousy and not really meant to hurt me- the sailors were friends of friends and I made a few phone calls and all was pre-arranged. Not quite so random as perhaps I made it sound. But Angela truly was there and that is salt water on her face not the cold sweat of shark-infested fear. She loved it.

Steeped in EXTREME jealousy. like the kind that burns in your gut like a teaspoon of Dave's Insanity Sauce. Sometimes it rears its ugly head and spews forth from my mouth in frothy incoherent speculations. Other times, it just sits...and festers...as an open wound on my soul.

I really just wanted some Mankini photos.

that's all.
