Take this job and shove it
I quit my job on Friday and it felt pretty good. I'm sorry to leave the crew I was working with, good guys and good times, but the monotony of the work was overwhelming and when I found my self staring off into space from the windy edge of the scaffolding I realized it was time to put in my 2 weeks and move on. Of course I will be starting a new job on Monday and hopefully it will rock. It's a small, high-end remodel company with benefits so I'm moving on up, more or less. I will post more as things develop.
Here's part of the crew on the edge of the skyline.

Glad to hear you're moving on to something that sounds a little more interesting. I am really looking forward to the day I give my notice (Jan 15th). Unlike you I am moving on down to a job with no benefits, no future, and poverty level wages. I couldn't be happier. Happy building and stay away from windy edges.
