This is what it looked like coming back from dinner at a friend's house on Murphy Dome last night. Surprisingly there was no snow out there but it was whiteout blizzard on Farmer's Loop Road.

This morning was crisp and gorgeous with sunshine lighting up the fresh inch of snow. Angela and I took the opportunity to move in to our little cabin.

This is Fairbanks living here, somebody took an old airplane and towed it into the woods, supposedly to make a house. I bet nothing will ever happen but who else has drive up stairs? That rocks.

Ah yes, the stair car. You do have to watch out for hop ons driving around in the stair car. There are a lot of people that have many dead cars, trucks and random equipment in their yard but few have a DC-6. It would make an awesome septic that you would never need to pump.
I will certainly think about you and your snow when I am working on a tan down here, trying to make applesauce margaritas.
